Of course
Right maps are Here or TomTom never mind, which are better for your region, but the problem is on the other side.
I didn't mean firmware. Firmware is responsible for the general operation of devices hardware and software. By software - generally meant navigation software.
For the original (genuine) navigation software to work it must have content and appropriate licenses. iGO software is so designed that it cannot operate without a license.

What interests us all is not to pay and use latest maps. Well, to do that, you have to replace the existing software with the cr*cked one.

What is the common problem for big brands like Pioneer are two things:
- the software itself can be so customized that you can't use another one, then you have to find exact patch*d version
- the devices are locked, so you have to find a way to unlock them to access the software, or even have to change the firmware (very problematic theme, but very often for Pioneer)
