    Default Maps Initialisation failed

    Hi Community ,

I hope someone can help me. ?
With Testmode I could copy the new maps "Here Q4_2019" in my Unit Pioneer Avic f860 bt European Model. But when I start the Navigation a message pops up :
"Initialisation failed " couldn´t open the Maps of Course a License restriction.
What means that and how I get the maps back and use them ?

    Thank you for Help !

    Many Greetings

    Ponala

Nhf but this is so amateur (noob) question...
You can not use original software with maps and lycs form other devices
You must replace software on your unit if you want to use any other content. If it is possible.

thank you for your anwser Boki_Srb and sorry for my noob question .
Do you mean with software the firmware ? Can I get another software/firmware that allows to open the maps ? In earlier Time, I think 2015 I had the firmware 1.11 and I could use newer Maps. For my work I needed the navigation every day.
    Perhaps you can help a Noob/Newbie ?

    Of course
Right maps are Here or TomTom never mind, which are better for your region, but the problem is on the other side.

I didn't mean firmware. Firmware is responsible for the general operation of devices hardware and software. By software - generally meant navigation software.

For the original (genuine) navigation software to work it must have content and appropriate licenses. iGO software is so designed that it cannot operate without a license.

What interests us all is not to pay and use latest maps. Well, to do that, you have to replace the existing software with the cr*cked one.
Read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
What is the common problem for big brands like Pioneer are two things:
    - the software itself can be so customized that you can't use another one, then you have to find exact patch*d version
    - the devices are locked, so you have to find a way to unlock them to access the software, or even have to change the firmware (very problematic theme, but very often for Pioneer)
