noted, voices (lua and tts ) sound is working on other china radio unit.
with the clarion unit is the navi settings for sound and voice on .
strange system.. !!

this txt is from the data/config/devices clarion nx403ev.
did i have to change original igo.txt to this txt ?

You haven't read enough A known problem with devices of this kind. Since they are quite customizable, they have a specially adapted exe file.
No tweaking of the sys file will help. Original sys file have only few rows.

Browse Forum, try with "Primo 9.6.5.299162 Clarion 7 May" version for beginning. Then with some of "DerSnotmann" packages.
