This is Primo section. Also software section. Such a questions could be asked in discussion part.
Anyway, since the software is not installed but copied, why not be possible. Try not to cost you anything.
All you have to do is keep in mind the hardware power of the device, because NG is much more demanding.
The next (and biggest) problem is licenses. There are very few for WinCE NG presented, and they will be even less.
So, why would you do that?
