Greyed out landmarks, buldings & relief - SOLVED

IGO Primo, 9.6.13.405512, WinCe, with latest 2018 maps, works fine except menu buttons for Landmarks, Buildings and Relief are all greyed out. Have 3DC and 3DL country files in buildings folder. Not sure what I need to do to make this work. Help please.

Can you check in menus if "Automatic Overview" is On ?

... If yes, then you must set it Off

Thanks for the quick response. Automatic Overview was on, so turned it off, restarted unit, but no change, Landmarks, Buildings & Relief still greyed out.

do not pay attention to branding, I played a little...
Do you have proper (latest) global_cfg and standard Primo lics (only 2 of them)? Discussed already, try to browse Forum.

Replaced global.cfg but no change. Not sure which are the 2 standard licenses I need, my license folder has loads and when I search the forum I see lots of different .lyc files. Can you advise which I need?

Can you search and look if that parameter is correctly set:

Map Settings --> View Mode --> must be 3D *

* ---> if set to 2D entries for Landmarks, Buildings and Relief are grayed out
