I have issue with warsaw transit ban it show ban from 6.00-22.00,but this is wrong information, the right one is 7.00-10.00 and 16.00-20.00. Can i change it myself somehow?
I use Igo Primo 9.6.2 WinCE
Any idea? I use 2018q4 here maps
Is it map issue or...?

That is info which is written in ftr files. You can complain to HERE office.
