Thread: Help with speedcam spc / txt / spuds

Hello, I have been working on updating the map files on my uConnect built in car headunit.

Using the excellent guides on here as a resource I have got the 2018Q3 HERE maps for the UK pushed them onto the car and with a modified NaviServer have it working well for navigation, however i am unable to get the 7 digit postcodes or speedcams working.

I know that the uConnect runs QNX 6.5, i think the NaviServer is iGO Primo based and i can list the content of the NNG folders.

The postcodes problem is not that bad, would like it to work but no real problem if it does not, most people give house no, street name and postcode as a minimum lol, but i would really like to get the speedcams working.

I have tried:
Replacing the old UK speedcam spc with the one form 2018Q3,
Replacing all the old spc's in the speedcam folder with 2018Q3 ones,
Replacing all spc's with txt files from this site,
Tried using one large (full EU) txt and making the spud file and then pushing that to the uConnect

Non of which works, the options within the Navi screen for speedcam are completely missing - not that there were many options in the first place.

Do speedcam.spc's need a license and if so, is it not included with the HERE EU 2018Q3 map files on here?

OK, i have tried with just the licenses from above and the map license.... it does not work at all!

Should i add the license files to my original ones - will they cause a conflict at all?
