Hello,
Since couple of weeks i have a big problem with my IgoPrimo on wince. It is looking for the gps signal very very long and sometimes if it will find the signal it looks like it is missing it due to showing wrong speed or i am driving faster than it is showing or the signal is just disappearing. I dont know what is wrong, can it be options/licences or sys.txt problems ? Or just my gps anthenne broke down ?
Thank you for help guys![]()

Thank you for your quick answer. I forgot to write my version of IgoPrimo. It is Primo 2.4.0 ver. 9.6.13.267029 - 06.11.2012. Values for port and baud in sys.txt i have ''auto'' in both is it correct ?. Do you think this version of primo is unstable ? Should i try another one ? Do you have any suggestions which version should i try ? I am very sorry for my stupid questions but i am totally green in this topic![]()
You forgot a lot, not just P version

Anyway, 9.6.13.267029 is good version. But you can try if you want for example so called Civic version (presented on forum).
You can also fix values for port and baud. Find them with some tool (can be found easily on net, or use iGO8 and it's autodetect option (easiest and the safest).
But honestly, I most doubt the hardware.

I used the version mentioned and had no problems with gps signal. The problem with this version is Loquendo voices.
In file Primo/save/profiles/01/system.ini there is something like this:
[gps]
baud="57600"
gpstime="1529115593"
last_gps_date="2018.06.16."
last_gps_time="02:24:33.000"
port="2"
Delete the values between commas:
[gps]
baud=""
gpstime=""
last_gps_date=""
last_gps_time=""
port=""
Run Primo.
Note: Primo does not require gps auto COM (Port) and BAUD parameters in sys.txt

Beside possible problems mentioned by Boki, I came across few situations where there was some kind of FM transmitter active in vehicle (CB radio, audio transmitter to amplifier, ...) which generates strong radio signal interfering with GPS signal.
Turning off such device solved problem.
