Probably. Dynavin is primo based, you can put any version on it (recommended is "Honda Civic" 800x480 (9.6.13.405512)).

It should be possible, but you should be aware that
    1) this particular version is set up for a Clarion, not for a Dynavin, so the set up for your device can be quite different. By the way, did snotmann not write he needed a couple of weeks to get it working? You expect it to work out of the box!
    2) NextGen is newer than Primo, therefor not fully developed, though getting better all the time. Meaning that it can be too soon to speak of a fully functional program.
    3) NextGen needs a license for everything - and I mean everything! Licenses also slow down the device, as you can read in Texas's posts, not to forget there is often one missing while new maps eand everything else means renewing licenses.
    3) it would help to read some comments in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    4) when Boki_Srb recommends you to use a certain Primo (9.6.13.405512, 800x480) it is for a reason.

Again I point to the first post where snotmann wrote he needed a couple of weeks to get it working on his (specific) device which was NOT an Avic.
Try it and make the necessary changes. But I suspect the "original" Avic software ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) to work better "out of the box".
