Thread: Problems with installing iGO primo

If you are using the original proggy and doesn't have problem with "old maps" located on SD card, but has problem with "newer maps"; it most likely to be content licensing issue. What's confusing is if it originally worked but doesn't after just doing a content (map) update, you should not get any problem with "Resolution 1024x600 is not possible in this iGo app."
So I will asked again, are you using original proggy ONLY or did you try replacing it with another version and then it doesn't worked?

Some car unit with original proggy and unit still "locked" require certain procedure to update the content. But once the unit is "unlocked" and uses cracked proggy (or has valid content licenses), then map contents will work with no issue. What's the "zip" file you've placed on SD card that it's complaining about? Where did you get that zip file? How big is it? Can you uploaded to zippyshare.com?
