Your post is quite incomprehensible
But. Mostly:

- For content

Do you need ALL EU countries? No. Delete all content related to countries in which you will certainly never travel. Or you will not travel until the next quarter when a new map release comes out.

Do you need truck files (ftr) and POI's? If you're not a truck driver, I guess not. Delete all of them.

Then, you do not need at the same time: hnr files for EAST, WEST, and whole EU. You need OR east, OR west, OR whole in the event that your road leads mixed.
But, for Primo and for the ordinary user, you do not need at all, delete all of them.

And, Primo don't see FJW files.
Delete all of them.

If you are using DEM, standard sized for Europe is enough (88MB).

You do not need the voices and languages of other nations. Delete all, leave only yours.

Use Primo package only for your device resolution (I guess 800x480). There is no need for multiresolution variants.
You do not need skins, plugins, addons, etc. just basic package (minimal).
