After installing the apk:
Android Settings -> Apps -> iGO -> Memory -> move app to internal memory

When iGO is installed in root (owner user), the Memory section only shows average memory usage and no options to move app anywhere.
When iGO is installed on non-owner user, Memory section is grayed out for iGO.
