So what. My Sony is rooted, fully debloated, deodexed, zipaligned, etc... My LG is not.
First, root is only part of solution. Is your ROM oficial? Does all Samsung bloatware removed? All? It is enough one update to fully mess up things.
As said at beginning:
- Samsung smart manager could delete files.
- as @spyder said: "... it maybe there is something corrupt." It happens sometime.
You didn't follow all instructions. Do that next time.
