Anyway clarification of what happened, he said

This is because Automapa just had a "truck" release. And since the screenshot doesn't resemble any NNG product I've seen, it easy to inferred he might of put a copy of it on the device. If the device was bought second handed with the possibility of someone else putting NNG on it, it's not hard to verified by checking the appropriate directory per my post. Which by the way, is what he said
"I could screenshot what kind of files there are if that helps."
