No. It is a long time known problem.
It is a conflict between some versions of the Primo and the built-in device software Launcher.
The only "cure" is to change Primo version. No one can know which one will work better with your device. Try latest 2.4 9.6.13.405512, if problems still exists, try Primo 2.0 9.6.5.306142. Experiment.
