    What exact model do you have? There are 4 or 5 types.

    Try to put all tmc dll's that comes with Primo, use all lics from Becker.
    Look in original sys if you have it and write parameters for TMC port&baud
    I have this settings form Transit 5 serie:

    Btw, I forgot. You should have this files:
    ATMC_CE.DLL, AVQTMC.DLL, TMCGPS.DLL and the BECOONJ1130402.con
    BECOONJ1130402.con can be other named, take your original, you sure have some *.con, without it - no TMC
