That is still not enough infos. You also posted two oposite - CN WD - one version is for Chinese region, other for all others.

You do not know enough matter, that is, you do not know it at all.
Your device is strong enough to run Primo 2.4 quite nicely.
This means that the problem is the content you put on it.
And it has nothing to do with sys file.
