The license is not just for maps, but also for the rest of the content
You can remove them but to see whether all is active.
For not complete translation: find last edition of language.zip file for that edition (Mamba is NG, but lang files are same for WinCE Primo and NG). I think latest is from '15.
P.S. There are stil no lycs for FDS files. No one knows whether and when they to appear. IF appear.
Also, there are NO lycs for many content for WincE NG.
Stick with old good Primo.
