Reply With QuoteTo you might sound strange, but this is "normal". That is a "regular" fault with most cra*ed versions. Error usually disappears when all software is transferred to an external SD card.
Sometimes, change the software version is also enough.

Serious error in Primo.exe suring shutdown of IGO, but navigation works fine ?!
After searching through a lot of threads I can't solve my problem and need your help..

I have boought a chinese XGODY 715 with WINCE and IGO. The maps were from 2016 Q1 and I tried to install the newer maps from IGO Here 2016 Q4. The content was divided in folders with file extentions and I used your guide to put them into the right folders (mainly Building, map, phoneme and poi) it included also the license Mega_Free_1_Year_Update_FEU_NQ_2016_Q4.lyc.
I did delete the save folder, sys.txt and all files in the MAP folder before putting the new files. After setup i can navigatie without any problem. Bt when I exit IGO I receive the error message "Application PRIMO.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down. There is is crash.txt file which contains:

The old license files are still in the license folder. I did delete them, but then IGO won't start-up.
In the new maps, there was a folder Truck_poi which I did not install, as I don't have a truck..

It is not normal, the license filename is causing the problem Mega_Free_1_Year_Update_FEU_NQ_2016_Q4.lyc
change it to something else, shorter.

Not name. That Lyc file itself is not compatible with Primo (or bad file).
Otherwise:
The name of any file/content has absolutely nothing to do with iGO software. You can change name to anything you want.
BlueMoon.lyc, for example, software read information from file directly.Last edited by Boki; 17th January 2019 at 03:02 PM.
