When dealing with speech for different category/type of speedcam, the following is important:
activated_spoken_type=speech
and
activated_speech must match what's in TTS voice.zip (ex: if you set activated_speech="Caution, speed camera ahead." then TTS voice.zip better have entry for "Caution, speed camera ahead." which it will not if you download TTS voice.zip posted because it has certain default setting. When in doubt always use what's in data.zip

iGO/Primo uses different settings than NextGen, so unless TTS voice.zip have entries that support both, you can't just copy and use values set in sys.txt from iGO/Primo and uses in NextGen or vice-versa. Some skins also have different setting so it's best to test with default skin first.
