Thread: gps navigator iGO9 primo

hi all , bonjour à tous
i just baught a " gps navigator iGO9 primo "
impossible to run the prog " Naviextras_Toolbox_Setup.exe " !!!!!
my PC works well ) on win10 64 bits.
the prog opens , but doesn't recognize the gps and says "problem with usb....................
so i can not do anything like add poi , voice eso.....
the second problem very annoying is that when the gps shows the road , i do not have the
"voice " that indicate the guidance.
the sound of the gps works !
