I think that the right name of the folder is license not licence.
I've noticed that igo writes in this folder (license) and not in licence.

Perhaps...but i've tried to keep only one map (ex. Andorra) and the problem remains...
This is very strange..i've tried with Q2 and also with Q3 and the problem is the same.
There's something else that i can't understand or i do wrong.

THank'you to everyone. I've finally succeded in starting io.
It was a license problem.
I'v put in license folder about 80 different license codes (dowloaded from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]).
I was sure that Q3 license was enough but perhaps it's not...
Now everything is OK.
Thank'you for you kind and fast help. It has been a great help to solve.
