you have to rezise default_skincol_landscape.bmp and default_skincol_portrait.bmp on your resolution .
Or use from 1024_768 folder.
Just copy from 1024_768 into 800_480 .

You guys are awesome! I was told at another site to come here as you guys could solve my issue, and it looks like you have. I will copy the files into the 800x480 folder from 1024x768. I cannot express how much I appreciate you guys helping me.
When I copy these files, should I copy them into the 800x480 folder of the IGO software AND the 800x480 folder for the skin? Or just one of them, which one? Many thanks to Costas and Wojpen.
How would I go about resizing the default skincol landscape.bmp file for landscape to 1024x536 which is exactly what my head unit is claiming resolution required. I think the reason it didn't work is because it was trying to use a 1024x768 bmp when that isn't my resolution and forcing 800x480 in multimode makes everything else 800x480. I got the same error I got before after trying to use the 1024x768 bmp. If I can figure out how to change the resolution of the bmp to match, I believe it will work fine.
