If proggy has license to use .fjw it will work; unfortunately most Primo doesn't. When NNG decided to create .fjw from "tracing" .fjv images, obviously they have to add engine code to handle it. And yes, you're correct about NNG not going to update/add any new tech to Primo.

A little off-topic, but I'm kind of curious, where does the term "proggy" come from? I understand that it means "program", but I'm just curious if it's an actual slang term that is "normal" somewhere (some country) or if it's just the way that you personally say it? I've never heard that term anywhere else before. Like I said, just curious... :-)
