After using Nextgen for a while now, I think it is a lot better than Primo. Some things I've not sorted out yet, but overall a big step forward.

Few years ago, the same issue. IGO8 Vs PRIMO. Now, we forgot IGO8. Same will be with PRIMO.
IGO PRIMO is the KING for WinCe devices.
Igo Nextgen, not goes smoothly on WinCE devices. Dragging maps are terrible, even they downgrade maps details on maps review and overview. When I try to use "default.vis" from Primo, The NextGen poorly moving the screen with difficulties. I have a feeling , if we would load NextGen with SKIN, he would collapse.
What we expect from NAVI? I expect Speed, and quick reply on my command. NextGen does not have any.

On android nextgen is GL accelerated for me and primo is not, no matter what I've tried. I never forgot igo8... especially on CE. Primo is a dog in comparison, I can't imagine how it runs on low ram devices. If you want to forget something, forget igo amigo.
I think that is a tomtom problem. I like the here buildings better.I had loaded tomtom 2015.03 maps. The 3d buildings can be seen only for capitals or big cities
I've used pretty much all incarnations of NavNGo products. From Amigo, iGO8, Primo and now NextGen. Each are designed for the tech of their era. I've seen Amigo on 64MB WinCE running better than NextGen on dual-core android phone. It's the skin that makes all of the versions great. NextGen is still young, only time will tell. Currently I do not see any benefit of replacing Primo+skin with NextGen, but it might changed in the future.
Nextgen is very nice !!!!
Not bad with the Pioneer skin; clean and neat. But I'm getting good result with dimkAWA133 on latest Primo 2.4 and it doesn't take 20 seconds on startup as NextGenAre you using Italian TTS voice?
This Avicsync version is fast, mine starts in 5 seconds, try it.
I use Ita TTS by Sernam (speaks street names)

You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
Yes, the Avic version you gave me (from Korabi) works perfectly (unlike the one posted) It works with iGO installed and it works with other NextGen version installed. Works on LG Exceed 2 (KitKat) and Coolpad Rogue (Lollipop) Quick startup and online traffic works as well.

I've been using Pongo Avicsynch Nextgen on HTC M9 lollipop and it's been excellent. Anyone have experience in Marshmallow, especially TMC?
