Thread: Help please

Hi all

i wonder if anyone can be so kind to assist, i want to update me friends Mediatek GPS 4gb 800m, thats all i have on model it has igo my way nav software on it version 9.2.0.191493 and maps from may 11 2011.

i installed the software from naviextras.com but it does not see the device, it is set to mass storage and i can see the 7euro folder going through my computer on the laptop to the device.

my 1st question is there a easy tutorial from start to finish on how to load the latest maps / software, i have purchased a 16gb micro sd to put all the correct software / maps on to test before i go over the exiting software on the existing device as he wont be happy if it does not work full stop.

i am new to all this and have tried to look through the forums just need a bit of help from all you experts to see if i can just go to one post with instructions on how to do everything from scratch and what i need to do.

forgive me if it is somewhere, i just cant find it
