Win 6.5 is Win MOBILE, not WinCE. User "Costas3850" was right, in begining of this thread. Find proper version. You have two different OS-es on your two devices.
If on standalone is big pic, so, it is NOT 800x480, probably 480 or even 320. You need different version, this is only for 800x480. What is screen size of that unit? If it is 4.3" or 5", download from this forum "Primo Honda Civic Reborn (2.4 v.405512)". If it is 3.5", than you'll have to use different branding and sys.
