Skin's have a variety of options!
The skin Doupas add a point DA is possible only in the manner indicated above (unfortunately).
Other skin have the possibility to choose in the settings options:
"Show on map button quick editing DA" - so if you select this option, this icon is, if you do not check - icons missing.
But it does not work in Doupas - because there is a lack of this option.

can you tell me how exactly can I select the option to enable the icon in steps (using default skin), plz

for information:
when I "click on point in map" then "more", I have the following options:
- Places around cursor.
- add to favorites.
- show cursor position.
- show last known position
- current traffic ------------(disabled)

there is no "Report Alert Point"
