Maybe will be better to say which device you have and the following details:
OS: Win CE, Android, etc.
RAM
Screen resolution
Memory:
External memory:
etc.

My advice is to use iGO Primo 2.4.0 for this unit.
Look on the topics with iGO Primo 2.4.0 for Win CE and for sure you will find something to use.
Also important is if you know exactly the name of the exe file and the values of the Baud and Port. Or, if you have the possibility to chose yourself the way to the exe file, it's more easy.
If you don't know the value of the Baud and Port you should mention in the sys.txt these:
[gps]
port=auto
baud=auto
set_messages="0"
