Maybe you don't have them activated from inside of Primo 2.4.0
Go to: More=> settings=> Map Settings=>Place makers=> select the range of POI you want.
An other option might be that the poi file could be corrupted.
I installed the .poi file in ..\content\poi
I am using:
iGO_Primo_2.4
Vietnam_HERE_2014.Q1_140811.poi
Vietnam_83_HERE_2014.Q1_140814.fbl map files. Suggestions? Thanks

Place markers=> nothing there. If I enter "more" the "load" is greyed out too.
Yes, re-tried downloading file with same result so file not corrupt :-(
edit RESOLVED: installed different global_cfg.zip file (global_cfg - 463841.rar via gpspower.net )
