Will adding an infinite number of licences hinder performance ?

I would really like to use a full 7 digit postcode but unsure which licence I require but I have found a zip file which is said to contain it. However there are 34 in total which I suspect most I don't really require.

Can I add them all for the folder in the hope it "unlocks" the 7 digit post code feature im after ?
