If you want it, you may have to search a bit...I don't remember where exactly I got the engine or voices, but it was not from Google Play.
Where can I get Nuance Vocalizer Premium? I know Nuance sounds better on WinCE, but Loquendo sounds pretty good on Android. I would like to try Nuance on Android to see if it's better. Thanks!

I could not find it without stepping on other Forums' toes, so I uploaded what I have myself. It's a big download (900MB +) and requires the same on an SD Card.
Nuance Vocalizer Premium (w/two voices Tom and Ava US English):
    Spoiler: Downloads
    Install.part1.rar 195MB
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Install.part2.rar 195MB
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Install.part3.rar 195MB
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Install.part4.rar 195MB
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Install.part5.rar 44MB
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Basic Instructions (not for beginners, probably)
    Spoiler: See How
    Additional Voices/Languages:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
(rename downloaded file from *.nvda-addon to *.zip, extract, and copy to SD Folder structure as shown in my download)
Each language in it's own subfolder under VocalizerEx...enu = English US, etc

Note: "Compact" voices will not work with the "Premium" engine..only (probably) Plus and Premium High. I have not tested "Plus".

Download all RAR parts and extract on PC.
Copy entire VocalizerEx folder in download to the root of SD Card. Add any other voices/languages downloaded separately.
Install APK, go to Android Settings>Language and Input>Text to speech output> Enable VocalizerEx TTS, adjust voice settings as desired, etc.

All of this tested under KitKat on a medium range Android Phone. How it may perform under other circumstances is unknown.

    Good luck.
