    For who may be interested in disabling the volume slider (if accidentally you click on the icon of volume it activates the ding and os keys) I put in sys this:
    [interface]
    volume_slider=0
    So when Primo starts the volume slider is not active anymore. I chose this because when I already set the volume mode I want to stay so without changing by accident.

    What adjustment do I make so that the plane does not go out in navigation. I have a 3D and it changes alone on the plane. I only want 3d !!!

    Unsure if this is an iGO Primo issue or my xgody firmware but when i switch the car off the sat nav turns off. Is there a line for sys.txt to put it in standby and when i power up the car again it will go back to where i left off. Looking for easy fix rather than rewiring my power socket

    I did try below line in the hope it would even stay on as this change to just more convenient for when i stop for fuel or the likes.

    [power]
    skip_resume_process=1
    skip_suspend_process=1
    powermgm_state=0

    Thanks

    Edit:
    Sorry i should have said. This is a stand alone unit plugged into the 12v power socket

    ...the fault lies with the software of the car of course, it can be done if you have previously downloaded the system to the radio and previously removed the settings in ini, otherwise you can't do the same with stationary devices

    @thunderat

    These settings work for generic WinCE devices running Primo, allowing them to sleep on power off and resume when power is restored. I am not familiar with XGODY but from looking at their specs online I think its pretty likely this will work for you although the device settings screen could be hidden.

    ***********************************************************************

    Sys.txt settings:

    [interface]
    shutdown_time= ;(1-9) time in seconds for automatic sleep mode when power is removed. (0) device stays on when power is removed

    [power]
    skip_suspend_process=1

    ****************************************************

    Device Settings:

    From the device startup screen (NOT within iGO):

    Settings/Navi Path/Auto run GPS when startup - OFF
    Settings/Next/Auto Start - OFF

    ****************************************************
    BLUETOOTH

    Using these settings, the Bluetooth function doesn't resume when the device wakes from sleep, so if you are using Bluetooth the device settings must be

    Settings/Navi Path/Auto run GPS when startup - ON
    Settings/Next/Auto Start - ON

    The device settings remain the same and you have to live with a full reboot which takes a bit longer

    Isn't the xgody - if I googled it correctly - an external WinCE-PNA 🤔 If it turns off when there is no more power, then the battery is probably defective, because otherwise the device would continue to work without external power

    Spoiler: Manual german

    Hello!
    I think: if you make the entry in the sys.txt file so that the device does not turn off when the external power supply is lost
    section "[interface]" paste! "shutdown_time=0"
    The problem is solved.

    If its battery is defective. nothing helps

    Also, if the firmware of the device, actually its launcher, after losing external power has no option or is not able to switch to standby mode, same thing - no options in the sys file can compensate for current.

    with this setting the device will continue to run on its internal battery when the power supply is disconnected
