In lang and voice, I have replaced the Dynamic traffic lights with Traffic lights on highways (category 3 to 27)
I also made the necessary changes to Traffic_Lights.txt offered by pois.4gps.gr

Tolls with the latest prices 1.1.2025 (credits to pois.4gps.gr)
