First of all you need to know the meaning of the wav files contained in the DA and SC folders.

If you want to use the PC with Windows:

You need to install the language you need on your PC.
You need to install the Speech2Go Program on the PC.

In the Speech2Go program you write the sentences of the wav files and have them converted into audio files.
The file names must remain the same, especially those of the DA folder, but for simplicity you should also keep those in the SC folder.

When you have "translated" all the files all you have to do is put them in the new DA and SC folders.

Instead of Speech2Go I recommend the Program for Windows Talkative, it is free, it has the same functions but converts directly to wav format, it has the limit of 10,000 words but they are enough for you and they advance you.

If you want to do everything in the Android environment you must have VocalizerEx Voices or Nuance installed on your phone.
Install the Text to Speech App from the Play Store.

In this program you write the sentences you want to convert and also with this program they are converted directly into wav format, he puts them in his own folder on the phone and you just have to rename them.

This thing is easier to do than to explain, it's just a little long.
