Do you have the tts_nua_ve1 folder inside the iGO root folder?
I needed help with the following:
I have a media center called Joiyng, and I use the gps nextgen "com.nng.igo.primong.palestine" "Android" and I have the following in my voice folder: voice: TTS_Nuance_PT_PT_Catarina.zip and TTS_Nuance_PT_PT_Joana.zip, but then when I go inside the speaker to put any of them as the main voice, none of them appear, they can help to solve.

Yes, I've even changed the say of some road signs, I just don't understand why they don't show up.
Interesting !!
Another user on a forum here in Brazil also using iGO_Pal (Palestine) made a comment similar to yours.
Maybe someone here can help clarify that.
They may never have worked for the simple reason that the tts_nua_ve1 Voices on Pal-estine don't work, they do not even appear in the Settings / Regional / Voice Language menu.
There are two alternatives, or he uses the TTS VocalizerEx:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
or use the Universal Unisex Voice which allows him to use Google's TTS voice:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
however I don't know if Google's TTS voice is already installed on his device, it is not a phone but an car radio.
Alternatively you could use the android browser "com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march24.javaclient" where the voices work, but there is always a catch, the weather and online traffic doesn’t work, if anyone knows how to solve it
Android browser "com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march24.javaclient"? It is very old Primo.
You give the answer to your own problem? Please refrain from recommendations in the future.
And, btw, online features are no longer supported for Primo on server level.
I gave no recommendation, just said that if I used this browser the voices work , but the weather and traffic do not, if by chance you have a newer android browser, could provide me to solve my problem. Thank you.
