You need to force your system to accept Vocalizer as the default TTS engine. This is sometimes adjusted in multiple places in settings. "Play" with your phone, I can't help you there. That's the first step

In the first post, I updated the tts audio engine link and included an installer modified for Android 14.
Use this: vocalizer.tts_1.0.2.3f.apk
Try reading the camera test in navigation. It does not indicate in simulation only when navigating.
