It's not a problem with the device. Newer Androids do not allow the use of software from the card. Android 10 still allows it, but it doesn't work as it should everywhere

TTS vocalizer is a rather outdated engine although it works. I don't see why he wouldn't use a more modern one (e.g. Smart Interactions)

You need to force your system to accept Vocalizer as the default TTS engine. This is sometimes adjusted in multiple places in settings. "Play" with your phone, I can't help you there. That's the first step
Second - do you have the appropriate TTS lang/voice files for iGO?

In the first post, I updated the tts audio engine link and included an installer modified for Android 14.
Use this: vocalizer.tts_1.0.2.3f.apk
Try reading the camera test in navigation. It does not indicate in simulation only when navigating.

You have already read my device type.
So: 1. I found an application - IGO Pal Nextgen skin by pongo 11.05.2022. - , but on a Russian-language platform.
2. The installation of the tts speaker has started. Finally, "es-codefactory-vocalizertts1635566400.apk" helped bring Vocalizer to life.
3. The Russian apk did not surrender. As a last resort, I installed the Russian app, then deleted the content and uploaded it with the content of my old app.
It worked! I still have the old Nextgen Pack 19. Boki probably won't be happy, but it's enough for me!
