Jorge, on Pongo skin there is the lowbeam_rs.zip (low beam on highways - farol baixo em rodovias) extension.
I can select it, but never hear the voice. Should I add something to dictionary.voice?
The PT-BR TTS file that you linked on first post is complete and works 100% for the other warnings.

In Settings > Skin Settings > Warnings > Low lights during the day... click on "Choose Sound when entering highways or tunnels" and click "Set your own warning" again and write an alert phrase.
I use the following sentence e.g.: turn on the headlights
When I press the cog button, to choose a sound and phrase, nothing happens.
I think that I have some folder missing, since all buttons that have a "choose your a sound" option, on the left side a "no sound" text is shown.
Spoiler: screenshots
Follow the order of the images to choose the sound and your text for warning.

@jorlando
To "Set your own warning" as you were offered directly and correctly above, I think that you need to click first - HERE!

Jorge,
how do I get to "Audio Files" menu?
I tried:
Main Screen Menu Butto -> Settings -> Skin Settings -> Warnings
I tried every button (Speed Limits, Alert Points...up to Low Lights during the Day). The option "Audio Files" does not appear.
I suppose that option should open when I press the cog (engrenagem) button on the Low Lights submenu (my second picture, the one with no sound | no sound underlined in red). When I press the cog I hear the sound of key pressed ("toc" like sound), but nothing happens.
Maybe some folder with sound files (wav, ogg...) missing?
