Reply With QuoteThe tts_nua_ve1 voices are installed and work. It is clear they are not as good as Serena and Vocalizer Ex (which I have been using), or Google. But as explained, with "external" ap based TTS engine voices will not mute music with my android head unit. The tts_nua_ve1 voices seem perfectly useable and I have already changed the "dictionary voice" file in the zip files to see if it makes a difference. Once again thanks for providing the files.

You can always replace Serena and Daniel's dictionary.voice with Universal Unisex's and see if they improve.

The Universal Unisex would be used to listen to the system voice when there is only Google's voice.
Try setting up Google speech synthesis as your default engine and see its quality level compared to the voices of Serena and Daniel.
