Speedcam contain entries for speedcam announcing, depending entries you have in sys.txt or entries data.zip contain by default.
Speedcam make allocation of entries of speedcam .txt files you have put in NextGen\content\speedcam\speedcam .txt files
If you open data.zip (don't unrar it!!!) using winrar 3.93 (this one I use for ever) then you will see in:
data.zip\project_config\igo_nextgen.ini\...

Application has all the nessasery data to run , so of course has entries for simple voice announcment or for TTS announcement....

In my devices, I have copy International sys.txt for TTS inside data.zip so.....TTS will announce and speak speedcam as International voices .zip files contain.

If you open sys.txt I gave, and open all voices.zip files you will see same entries so TTS can announce corectly and in time !!!
