You didn't really look at my screenshot.
There are 2 maps in the content, OSM Germany and HERE Thailand.
Ok, no skin, no Mapchanger, just a clean installation with 3 licenses and some UX and it works including house numbers ...

you have two countries in Map/: no problem!
but I wrote HERE and! OSM EU do not understand each other, no matter which skin - and without a skin/map changer, neither can be used under an iGO.

🤔 iGO_Pal-Mod does not need a map license....

My opinion: In general, not worth discussing, because under iGO a TomTom map is better than an OSM, and OsmAnd or BikeMap app are better suited
