Sure the maps are 2022?
I checked the maps but here a comparison example of a place in Washington (google maps vs Here maps)
Location: 38.80239940647148, -77.1653259023259
Washington intersection:
Spoiler: Big PIC
The intersection construction was finished in mid of 2020.
I have more places on Wahington or New York... i can view on google maps or Open Street maps but not on Here. Their are recent constructions places...
