Sometimes there ara strange errors ...
When converting raw map data for a certain program (in this case, iGo) something goes wrong - one or two years ago we had an "out of order" update for France with TT-maps ...
Go back to last good version (if saved) and wait for the next update.

Outdated POIs are a problem in both Here and TT maps - in France a third of the fuel/gas stations doesn't exist any more, in Germany I found an address with 4 shops - the actual one, the one which has been there before, the one before that, and the first one which had ever been at that address.
Complaining doesn't help - you can send error notes to TT, if you have a TT device and an account there (don't know whether there's a way with Here), but NNG can't help - will only take data provided by TT or Here and convert it for iGo ...
