Hi, Belgium has some missing files.

Thanks @rondoan, but I have this one, and this has the missing files. I've found the missing ones in the first post, as this is the second. It's just 70M while the correct is around 200M.
Without the missing files, the whole of Belgium is empty, but somehow it can create routes.
