There are the mentioned Hong Kong and Macau, but NO China. I think it's about primarily their political reasons.

Btw, not every iGO can reproduce maps (content) of Far Eastern countries. There were very specific WinCE software variants for China and Japan (only few of them).
Alpine has its representative office in China, and specially adapted software and map editions have been made for them. No map for Alpine CH officially available outside the dealership.

That also reminds me I bought another car cam "actually was a bike cam" so I could use a 128GB Micro SD for 16 hours recording.
And the software that came with it I could link Google maps "it also had a GPS" but when I used the Software Google maps didn't link BUT China Maps did. so howed ya be to have China maps and no google hey.

On the box of the car cam appears about linkage to Google Maps and in reality the connectivity is to Baidu app?

Btw, Baidu Maps is the most functional navi application for China...perhaps only recommended (google services are blocked).
I don't know if there is any software for WinCE.
