is there option to convert Luna maps to work with iGO Primo Nextgen(Israel) 9.18.27.687519 (Jan 26 2017) maps?

Cannot be converted.
LUNA maps are good only for LUNA's versions.
.fbl maps were announced today at NNG. We hope to meet them soon in favor of PAL/PRIMO versions.
