Is there a chance to get maps and so on from MOLDOVA, or Moldavia, Moldau ...

On this forum, you can find the maps “USA-CANADA-MEXICO HERE 2024.Q2.” However, only the FBL and POI files are available there. Are these maps also available in their entirety, i.e., with fsp, fda, etc.? I am particularly looking for the western part of the USA.
