    Anyone has buildings maps 3dc and 3dl for Singapore and Malaysia? I have Here maps for 2019 Q4 only without 3dc and 3dl.

    You can use any 3dc/3dl files, will work...

    Will Here maps 2019.Q4 works with buildings 2019.12 TomTom? Can they be mixed for use? If yes, any licence to use?
