HERE WeGo - Offline Maps & GPS up to latest

Hi!
I've a problem with this app. The program comes with a voice preinstalled (Regular UK) and I've downloaded two extra Hi-Fi voices (English US and Spanish), after a while, the voices are gone.
If I look on Settings/Navigation/Voice navigation/ no voices are shown and if I click on "Manage voices" nothing is there either.
I've tried to reinstall the app, at the beginning the voices are there but then again disappeared.
Somebody with the same problem?

Nexus 5 - KK 4.4.4

EDIT: Never mind. The problem is Clean Master, somehow it sees the voice data from HERE as "System Cache Junk". Unfortunately I couldn't find a way jet to put those "Junk Files" into the Ignore list of Clean Master.

Are you using an app that cleans your cache? Because the voice file is currently saved in cache, we've seen reports that using a cleaner application will remove the possibility of using voices in some cases. We are working on implementing a solution.
