You can only do it through your PC with Here Maps application if you are using Windows 10.
Open with your PC Here maps - sign in - go to collections and you can add any place you want.
Then from your device go to collections and you will find your POIs
It is the hard way
You can add also places you like via your device. collections- the sign + on top corner - add to new or existing collections the place you like
